Workshops are flexible and adaptable, allowing you to select a minimum of 3 - 5 topics for an intensive single-day session, or 5- 10 topics to be delivered over two days. Simply select the workshops that you want and head over to checkout with the number of people to partake, capped at 30 for maximum engagement and concludes with a quick quiz to reinforce learning. Service dates will be discussed via email to suit your schedule. 

The base cost for a selection is calculated for a group of 10 participants. If your booking includes more people ( up to the maximum of 30 for one session) the cost will scale proportionally (e.g, booking for 30 people will be 3x the base cost)

Explore the full spectrum of mental well-being: Good, poor, and ill mental health.​

We will identify how these states are displayed both physically and mentally.

Using clear examples, we will clarify the differences between temporary hurt, intermittent pain, and long-term mental suffering.

Using visual props, we demonstrate how daily emotions, external factors, and things out of our control fill our "stress bucket". Learn how a full bucket leads how a full bucket leads to strong emotional and physical reactions like tension and high blood pressure.​

  • Communication Styles

Learn the differences between passive, assertive and aggressive communication styles through role-play and real-life examples. We will discuss the impact of each style and practice using flashcards to identify and choose assertive responses.​

  • Recognising & preventing Burnout

A focused session using " Burnt out Bob" case study and visuals to understand, prevent, and recover from professional burnout. We will cover the specific relevance of burnout in the salon environment and how to keep your passion alive.​

  • The Unique Mental Load of the Stylist

An open discussion on the emotional labor involved in the chair - dealing with client trauma dumping, being a confidant, and the blurring of professional boundaries. Learn to recognise the warning signs of mental decline and emotional suppression.​

We explore why boundaries are critical for protecting your energy, time and mental space. Using practical flashcards and pre-written scripts in group/ paired practice to confidently set and enforce professional limits with clients and colleagues.​

  • Navigating Challenging Client Scenarios

Hone your communication skills in high - pressure situations We use pre-written role -play scenarios ( client vs stylist) to practice confidently de-escalating conflicts, handling difficult requests, and maintaining professionalism.​

  • Proactive Self-Care & Wellness Tools

Shifting from discussion to action. We brainstorm and share practical, healthy coping mechanisms for stress. You'll receive a helpful handout and discuss how to implement these tools and positively influence your salon culture. ​

  • Knowing When & How to Seek Support

Learn to distinguish between the support of a stylist offers and the help a therapist provides. We review available support options and guide you in creating a personal action plan (1-2​ immediate steps) for accessing professional mental health care when talking isn't enough.

​

  • Emotional Suppression & The Mind-Body Link

We explore how pushing down emotions affects your physical health, using the visual of a ball pushed underwater to demonstrate how suppressing feelings builds pressure. Identify key physical and mental warning signs as a group, and learn what you can do to release the stress safely.​
