Care Beyond The Chair Ltd Master Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use and purchase of services provided by Care Beyond The Chair Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), including our online educational packages (Foundation Paper, Bronze, Silver, Gold Tiers, and Managers' Additions) and bespoke in-salon workshops (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. The Online Education Services and Pricing
We offer educational packages delivered online via a unique login account on our website. All package access is granted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

3. Content Access, Use, and Restrictions
* Access Period: All online access is limited to the individual purchaser for a period of twelve (12) months.
* Online Viewing Only: All educational content (Paper and courses) is provided for online viewing only on our platform. The content is not printable, downloadable, or transferrable.
* Intellectual Property: All content is the intellectual property of Care Beyond The Chair Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using the content in any manner other than online viewing for personal educational purposes.
* Account Security: Your login account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login details is a breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.


4. Upgrade Policy
* Eligibility: Purchasers of a lower-tier online package (e.g., Foundation Paper, Bronze, Silver, Silver Manager's) may upgrade to the next highest applicable package (e.g., Bronze to Silver, Silver to Gold, Silver Manager's to Gold Manager's) at any time during the initial 12-month access period.
* Pricing: To upgrade, you will only pay the difference in price between the package originally purchased and the new package.
* Duration: The upgrade payment does not extend your original twelve-month access period. The access period remains 12 months from the initial date of purchase.


5. In-Salon Workshops
* Bespoke Service: We offer in-salon workshops, which include bespoke role-playing scenarios designed around a salon's specific staff, policies, and attitudes toward mental health.
* Separate Agreement: These workshops are physical, bespoke services and are not covered by the fixed pricing of the online tiers. The pricing, scope of work, scheduling, cancellation policy, and specific terms for any in-salon workshop will be defined and agreed upon in a separate, written bespoke service agreement between Care Beyond The Chair Ltd and the salon/client.


6. Critical Disclaimer: Nature of the Content

* Refund Policy (Digital): Due to the immediate access granted to all digital content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except as required by law. Upgrade payments are also non-refundable.
* Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms (e.g., account sharing, unauthorized use of content).
