Cancellation Policy
This policy governs the booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling of the 1-hour introductory workshop (the "Workshop"). 1. Workshop Details • Duration: 1 hour • Cost: £20.00 per person • Booking: Paid and booked exclusively online via the Care Beyond The Chair Ltd website. 2. Payment and Refunds • Payment: Full payment of £20.00 per person is required at the time of online booking to secure a place. • Refunds: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Workshop date and time. • Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the Workshop start time, or for failure to attend (no-shows). 3. Rescheduling A. Client Rescheduling • Each participant is permitted one (1) single opportunity to reschedule their booking to a future available date, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the original scheduled time. • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be accepted, and the booking will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation. B. Provider Cancellation/Rescheduling • Care Beyond The Chair Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Workshop at any time due to low attendance, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. • In the event of a Provider cancellation, participants will be offered the choice of either a full refund or rescheduling their attendance to the next available date. 4. Care Beyond The Chair Ltd is not a mental health service provider. 5. Acceptance By completing the online booking and payment, the participant confirms they have read and agree to be bound by this Introductory Workshop Policy.
