All Silent Service Request Cards are sent in board - backed " Do Not Bend " envelopes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Standard Delivery (from £1.50): Sent via Royal Mail 2nd class ( usually arrives in 2 -3 business days). 

  • Express Delivery (from £2.25) : Sent via Royal Mail 1st class ( usually arrives next business day).

  • Tracked Salon Shipping (from £3.95) : Recommended for bulk orders of 5+ cards.

  • Free Shipping : On all orders over £25.00

Our Return Policy

We want you and your clients to love our products. However, if you change your mind, we offer a 14 day return policy.

  • Damaged items : In the unlikely event your card arrives damaged, please email us at carebeyondthechair@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

  • Notification : Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

  • Condition : Items must be unused, in there original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds : Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the goods. Please note that the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
